I've been shopping here since 2019 when I moved just a couple blocks away and they have had the most consistently low prices in the area. The staff is also always super welcoming and helpful. Just today I bought a product online that was significantly cheaper than it should have been. When I asked (as a hail Mary) whether or not they could honor the purchase price when they pointed out the obvious mistake, they simply asked to take a picture of the e-mail receipt so they have proof of what happened, and gave me what I ordered plus a dollar. No pushback, no hassle, just figured out how to honor what I ordered and got me out of there. Have had a handful of experiences here similar to this over the years where there's some issue and it's always dealt with super calmly and helpfully and almost as if the hiccup never happened. The kind of stuff that has had me coming back for going on 7 years. Wish I could remember anyone's name (even after coming there weekly) but just want to say thanks! – Eric Fowler
56 yr old daily smoker here. I struggle to find weed that tastes good and has the qualities I like.. I’ve shopped all the dispensaries from Everett to gold bar to bham and Vancouver both bc and USA…. What I love about lidz is, the people selling it also smoke and appreciate the diversity. They really listen and try to give you what you want.. I’m still seeking my perfect flower but, nobody has come as close as lidz. I am picky and have a distinct flavor profile I want, also, has to be indica…. They understand people like me.
