Had a great experience at Lo Mota. Staying in Medford for the night and wanted to relax after a long day of driving. When I walked in the store I immediately felt welcomed which is always nice. I already had an idea of what I wanted to get but my Budtender, Gabe, recommended other options that the store had that I had not seen before, plus the price was awesome compared to stores in other legal states that I've been too. They do not advertise correct prices and don’t bother bringing it up because the manager will just tell you to leave and never come back I thought managers were supposed to de-escalate issues? She couldn’t even explain why or what happened she offered to come down and help her employee and came in and acted like it was the end of the world unfortunately that’s the job you signed up for… don’t come down if you actually don’t want to help your employee what a hostile work environment – Charm Neiman
Came down to oregon to visit and stopped at La Mota. i asked to speak to someone who could help me with migraines, and budtender Gabe went above and beyond. he recommended Dr. Jolly tinctures and they’ve been a life saver!
