purchased a live resin & diamonds cartridge and it straight up tastes like cotton. I went back in immediately and tried to get an exchange but apparently it was still “smoking” I appreciate the staff Christian and AJ, they did their best to accommodate me but it seems like it’s a upper management issue and them not wanting to fulfill returns under strict circumstances. I went to the sister location down the road, explained my concern to the staff there, and thankfully Esmerelda took down my info and passed the message up the chain. I wasn’t able to get a replacement but I still went ahead and purchased another cartridge hoping it was maybe just a defective product and it’s a day and night difference. So management if your reading this I’m hoping someone will reach out and further accommodate me, I just want what I paid for. – Dyllan Pascua
Been goin here for years. Legit little dispo, killer prices, knowledgeable staff, and friendly faces always. Ivan always goes that extra mile to take care of me when I go in not knowing what I want, he makes it easy and smooth for me which helps since I can never decide, and he never rushes me! wonderful staff all around! i have never once had a bad experience here in the couple of years i've been coming. ivan and elijah really went above and beyond on my most recent trip in to give me a good experience, but that's not to say i've ever left disappointed. this is a great neighborhood spot with an emphasis on community! – River Shaw
They have been great in the past but the store recently sold us a cart that was manufactured in 2022 and then refused a return because the employee thought that carts don't expire. They lose potency 6-12 months after manufacture but regardless your company should probably accept returns on a 4 year old product that you were selling for $40. We did try to use the cart and it burnt up about 1/4 of the way through and tasted like stale smoke. So $40 down the drain. Even if there is no legal standard for when a THC cart expires, this is terrible customer service and you did rip us off. – Gene Petrov
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Bought a disposable that wasn’t hitting and was just burning coil. All 2 grams of oil were still in it and they wouldn’t let me exchange or return it with the reciept. I told the employees I probably won’t come back because of that and they laughed and agreed and said they wouldn’t either! I was loyal to this dispensary until I felt ripped off – Rachelle
