This place is amazing! Came in as a first time customer, in full uniform and absolutely exhausted and this crew was FANTASTIC! I have horrible social anxiety and have a hard time communicating what I mean sometimes, but JOSH did PHENOMENAL! He was patient, kind, explained everything in detail and had no problems answering my many MANY questions. Not only did the team do a heck of a job, I also got an amazing deal on all my stuff. I walked out with more and spent less than I have in a long time anywhere else. I will definitely be going back as soon as I can. It’s definitely worth the 1hr drive from my town! I ordered something from the website this morning. 2 oz's of flower totally over $270. Got a text it was ready, drove there only to find out they didn't even have what I ordered. Seriously update your website or dont text my order was ready when it wasn't. Horrible customer service. Do better. I have 4 other places to pick and I choose your business. Went there today purchase 4. 1/8s drove 15 miles home realize there’s only 3 1/8 call up there. Ask him about it act like they didn’t know where it was at at first then I had to drive back another 15 miles to get my today not very happy. – Clyde Adams
Found mold in my buds the boss in today didn't even say sorry about it. And all they did is do in-store credit nothing for the trouble of a 40 mile round trip because they sold it with mold on it. I will not be going back there even if they reopen the store by me.. – Connie Ann
