Gave me a $50 wax pen that didn’t hit and leaked and told me to come back to return it and when I came to turn it in guy told me that it wasn’t leaking, best they could do is 25% off + a new pen that’s worth half the price and now looking it up not even on their own menu. Felt like I wasted $50 and my time. Used to be a weekly customer but the jetty’s at off the charts are $10 cheaper anyways.it either is or isn’t leaking? Was able to dab a paper towel and see residue stick onto it that’s not right. – Gabe Ortiz
