Always good wax for great prices! The only thing is sometimes their shatter can sugar up which I like and some of the sugar wax can be runny but for 5-10 a gram it's worth it. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The flower is decent, and they move it down shelves as the buds get smaller so it might be on the low shelf but be top shelf strength. Their shake deals are the best I've found. It is bud shake unlike other spots who sell trim and call it shake. For this reason and the 25 an oz price it goes fast. – Carl McGill
***UPDATE*** Unfortunately, I couldn't make this a five star review after calling… I was given back improper change that I am now realizing was supposed to be $3; I only received the $2 as previously mentioned. The math is that my order came out to $22.50 rounded up to $25.50 because their POS charges an extra $3-3.50 which brought it to the $28.50. Makes sense and I'm glad we cleared that up but, they claim I was given back $3 when I can clearly see in my wallet, I WAS GIVEN BACK $2 (I don't usually carry cash). By no fault of their own I was charged on my banks end as well and that was cleared up prior to making the call so, thanks for the confirmation. What made this call difficult was the impatience in the way they handled me by mentioning things that kept carrying us off track. When we diagnosed the actual problem, no accountability was taken and I was still treated like I was wrong or trying to get over. The customer service could use some improvement there instead of having a "what are you getting at" disposition when someone is trying to calculate their transaction. I'm not going out of my way to come here and will be returning to Pure Leaf where they know how to operate their POS system. ***PRIOR CONCERN *** I expressed my concerns using their online ordering system because my last visit was the second time they had strains listed that were not in stock. It's also confusing when the site allows me to build my order for single gram(s) but, in store it's not being sold that way. I did suggest a site update to avoid this inconvenience. Lemonade is the second dispensary I've visited in the state, and I noticed an over charge using their debit card method here. My card was run and I was given the difference in cash but, I don't think they fully understand how this shows up on the customer's end (bank). An order that was supposed to be $25 (with a $2 in store cash back return) showed up as $28 with an additional $3 fee included in that. I will call to sort this out but, I am leaving this review for your reference. – K I

Came in to grab a pre-roll for a concert at the Mission ballroom which is within the vicinity. The store was clean, organized and welcoming. "T" (Trevor) helped navigate which pre-roll would be the best choice for the occasion. He was polite, personable and demonstrated customer service above and beyond what would be expected.
