I'm in respite right now and learned where I'd be touring my next assisted living, so, the day I got here I googled closest dispensary and you all were. I had an eye patch on and every one was like, actual helpful. Noticed that they had, more than just a simple guide question, they like, made sure I knew where to go and could get there safely. I don't get out much so like, and I mean that my trip here was still less than 50 times 8 years like, gone somewhere. Like in a car, while bit. I had a general idea of how younger generations are and though I'm not far behind as a millennial – I assumed, and was very correct with one employee's age guess and like I'm stunned at reality vs viral memes, videos and just how everyone puts gen-z down and like, in the medical world it's very true the stereotypes. So I walked in expecting that. No. What I got was an amazing experience, one that I won't forget, which is my main disability from severe TBI is zero short term memory. Which fades to long but since this was one of the rare times I was out and about, I won't forget this visit. I truly felt comfortable. That's almost impossible for my severity and what I've been through in the last in years since the car hit me. I didn't expect absolutely kindness and consideration. I can speculate all day but it really felt like someone put themselves in my shoes, at least for the eye patch assumption, which they got right FIRST TO NOT COMMENT IT OR CRACK A PIRATE JOKE, like, I felt comfortable here. I'll be coming back. I've made sure the house I'm touring is within range for me to get there both in foot and using a medical taxi ride which I get free, and since the place in coming from, an assisted living, is a medical place I'd be able to go from that house and back to Lightshade. The vape that the employee picked out, which, I would never have picked the brand, but he knew exactly what I could afford, was willing to spend at that time even though I could've spent more, he grabbed a Pax brand Sativa strain 'Cantalope Crush's – very impressive. I've never bought anything from this brand as they really started with hardware very early on for portable equipment even if it wasn't electronic you still had some portable products and definitely stationary hardware. So this is also my first experience with regular Delta 9 THC in quite some time. Before I could get a BA, by less than a year, I was hit by a car and I majored in pharmacology leading into a psychopharmacology degree which is the study of pills, supplements, all that. So I understand and understood at the time everyone said D8 would kill you to be so absolutely false. Some dispensaries have switched to THCa in some states as it's decarboxylated Delta 9 or just think of it as why not boxing gets you super stoned, and THC-p was found to be natural and 33x stronger than Delta 9 THC. It's just fact. And derived from cbd go figure. So this is my first real d9 experience in about 4 years and if Lightshade happens to stay consistent, I'll just start adding them into my rotation if everything when I finally get out of respite and settled. Very thankful at how nice they were and didn't ask me any questions about the patch, that's a first, I'm asked everywhere. And they guided me in a way that I actually needed help with, and they didn't ask they just naturally guided and made sure I was where I needed to me. For that kinda empathy, that's what drives where I'm gonna spend a few thousand per year on in vape products lol. Store rocks. – Henry L.

I can’t remember his name but Cashier 21911 was super chill! Went in for some distillate but he then gave me some good recommendations on concentrate and while waiting to pay, the register was taking a while so he offered up some flower for me to smell almost got me to buy more. I had to stick to a budget. Kudos to you sir definitely gonna be back once I finish trying out these two concentrates and let ya know which ones better. – Jose Martinez
