I've been using delivery because my vehicle broke down. I've had around 5 deliveries so far. On the Liv site when checking out you can pick your delivery time if you need a certain time. Or you can pick ASAP. It's been around a hour waiting for Marko, my delivery Dude. Very nice and friendly delivery people. I was the only delivery today when I ordered so he got my items together and gave me a call to go over my points and see if I had enough to get a " freebie ." I do, so when I get my vehicle I'll head in to see the place and all the stuff im missing since I haven't yet. They also have great deals !! There's a Highly Loyal Club too, points off for $ spent. Very happy with the Grand Rapids Liv. I'll be moving soon and will miss having it delivered or visiting in store. Definitely Recommend !! – Janice Wall
