Budtenders are excellent. Friendly & knowledgeable. This new company that acquired LivWell in the last couple months. Double thumbs down. I have my med card & I like to shop on the med side… there is never product on the med side now. Especially flower. I have gone in on 4 different occasions to get medical flower only to be told there is none & they have no idea when more will be there. The lack of communication to your budtenders as well as lack of product for your med patients is unacceptable & absolutely ridiculous. Get your shit together, thanks! Staff is amazing.. that’s really the only nice thing I can say about LivWell. They were recently purchased by a new company. During the transition they sold super old flower for full price and only on the rec side. Almost two weeks without flower on the med side. When they finally did stock flower on the med side.. they are charging $115 per oz!!! For medical flower!!! And that was the only option! If you’re looking for quality meds (or rec) at an affordable price, GO TO NATURES!! It’s legit, amazing deals! Even better if you sign up with them. The manager on the med side is your budtender! And they have drive thru on the rec side!!!!! 🤩 @LivWell, the only way to communicate to a manager is to leave a Google review?!??? Well here is my review. I will not be shopping at LivWell again and I will actively suggest to others to do the same! – Toni Wagner
