My favorite dispensary in the area mainly because how friendly the staff are. Every visit is always a pleasure getting what I need here with a good selection to choose from. From my experience, all dispensaries are generally going to have the same type of product with different brands, but what varies the most is the customer service and this place exceeds them all. If I ever have any questions or concerns they are so chill and helpful. I seriously love it here! You guys rock. – Anastasia Johns

I asked for an indica gummy. The bud tender recommended a liquid because I just had mouth surgery. I said specifically that I have a bad reaction to sativa. Was nauseous and did not double check what was handed to me. Got home. She gave me sativa. I called to ask about refunds/exchanges. No answer. Went back the next day after I felt better. I was offered a 10 % discount. The girl at the front desk repeated that she couldn't help me because legally they can not return products. I asked her how much would it cost to replace the wring product I was given. She said $25 to $28. I was the only person there. I left and went somewhere with a line of customers going out the door. I spent one third of what LivWell charges and got exactly and specifically what I wanted. If you use this place, ask for the cheapest product they have in the form you want. And read the tiny print on the labels of the product they give you. Go here because it isn't busy. Otherwise it is the worst customer service of the 3 area dispensaries, is gouging prices, and engaging in predatory consumer practices. – Clovis Duncan

Been coming here for a while now and previously being in the industry I will not just shop anywhere. But since the very first time my husband and I came here it’s always been really good experiences. All the staff is really friendly, patient, and well informed about their products. The flower is great and reasonably priced. Anastazia helped us on today’s visit. She is very nice, and always gives us great service every time we come in and she helps us. Again, all the staff has been great no matter who we get. Definitely recommend this location if you live in the area. – Kelly Cobo
