I have had many great experiences here, but the last one was only meh. I was looking for carts and the budtender was helpful, but ended up selling me an all-in-one with a battery which was not what I asked for. I was specifically looking at 2g carts and ended up with a 1g with a battery. Manager was accommodating to let me return and exchange, but wouldn't swap me out for the 2g I originally wanted even though it was cheaper than what I ended up purchasing? It was "too new and he would get in trouble". I know it is buyer beware and I appreciate the goodwill gesture to let me exchange when not required, but I kinda feel like I got tricked and now have something I didn't really want. Three stars as normally this is a good dispensary that I have gotten great products and service from previously. – Chris Masella

We love Lova Aurora. The staff is the best in the business. When you walk in the vibe is always high and welcoming. Paige is hands down the best! She makes you feel like family. I went to many local dispensary shops and I can safely say LOVA Is by far my favorite dispensary to come to. Not only is the bud excellent quality, the service and staff are EXCEPTIONALLY nice and always happy to serve me and everyone with positive approach. They truly Understand proper customer service they understand how to explain proper strains and overall they’re just all so nice. Which is why I continue to come here!! I Now Live In Col.
