It’s a weed store with ok prices & selections. Not the best costumer service & I don't understand why the same employee walked up to me 3 different times asking to see my id. When I said why you already seen it & I haven't left the store he told me it was because i was looking at multiple displays (pre.rolls & cartridges). Are you not allowed to look at multiple displays? My cartridge I purchased tastes & smells bad definitely not like capital city brand bubble gum i have had from other shops. Also I was informed it was happy hour & they'll be discounts but according to my receipt didn't receive no happy hour discounts. :( – Autumn Fox
Just left Lucid had an amazing time looking at everything so many great products that are so cheap. Eric behind the counter was a great help with recommendations on the store and other things to do in the area . 10/10 would reccomend – Mr. Samson
Does not honor return policies on Broken Cartridges, will not be returning. Brought the cartridge that did not work with the receipt back to the store and they said they do not accept returns without the packaging as well. The packaging that you have to tear up to shreds to get to the cartridge so there would have course be no packaging left to return it with. Seems purposeful at worst and just an unworkable solution at best. – Michael Rapp
