Went into Lucid this morning to try to do a return on an unopened throwaway pen Oscar the manager was absolutely horrible. He opened up the package, dismantled it, and then tried to tell me that it’s not returnable even though I had my receipt I had bought it the day before, and it had never been opened. I asked for the manager’s phone number his supervisor he said he couldn’t give it to me. I will never come to that store again it’s absolutely horrible customer service and their selection sucks Oscar you should be fired. You do not know how to do management at all. You opened up that product you dismantled it and then you told me you couldn’t return it that’s very unprofessional. You shouldn’t tell people they can do returns if you’re not allowed to do them with the receipt. – T P
