I just stopped by Lucid for the first time in about 2 years and the service I recieved from the Budtender Fae was absolutely phenomenal. Fae extremely knowledgeable and above par compared to budtenders at any other shop in a 20 mile radius, I did not feel rushed and Fae went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for while keeping in mind my preferences and price range, I felt genuinely cared for and this has been the best experience I have had in a very long time. Thank you Fae and Lucid for standing out above the rest and I will be returning very soon! It was a huge plus that there was NOT loud blaring music and an entire staff playing grab ass like they do at ZIPS. Ladies were super friendly and welcoming. So many varieties to try. From flower to concentrate, to beautiful glass pieces I wish I could buy them all. I've been looking for a local dispensary near me since moving here and came by this place by coincidence. So glad fate had me drive a different way home! Service has gone down dramatically over the last few months. They don't answer the phone anymore and they leave new people by themselves after 6pm to figure things out on their own. They don't have RSO or FSO available and when aske when the will have more you just get IDK shoulder shrug!! – Daniel Kuster
Joshua, I believe one of the managers because his badge said leadership, helped me out today and was wonderful! He was short staffed due to the other employee being on break and the store was busy, he was polite and professional while letting everyone in, helping them with their selections, and checking them out!!!
