I really wanted to like this place, but there's one thing that rubs me wrong. First, I do want to say that the budtenders are generally nice and helpful, and the store is clean. My issue is that 3 of the 5 times I've visited, I've been told that my Veteran Discount did not apply to the product I chose even though no other sales were going on. They simply told me that they couldn't price it any lower. I've been to several different establishments from Seattle to Tacoma, and not ONCE have I been told no to a Veteran Discount, unless there was another sale going on. The fact that it's been the last 3 times I've visited Lucid makes me not want to shop there again, because I never know when I'll be told to kick rocks with them.
