First I drive an extra hour to get here passing the Menominee location(don’t go there. Their customer service is just super inconsistent). Second you will always get the best customer service of your life here I promise. One of my partners always says they worship the ground you walk upon here. I don’t think she’s far off. You will always feel welcome and you will always get want and maybe a little more (or a lot depending on if you see Zach and Jayden or not 😉). Placed an order that got mixed up. The order didn't match the receipt which didn't match what I ordered. When we went to speak to someone about the issue we were met with instant attitude. The guy started speaking down to us blaming us for the issue while also admitting that he did not know what the original order was. He made me feel like a low life criminal that was trying to get away with a free pack of gummies. Just terrible. You guys know there's like 20 other dispensaries in town right? – Jesse Diz
