I dont normally speak bad on any business but I came in tonight to use some points for a free pre roll I normally buy but this month I don’t have it taking care of my kids and trying to keep the lights on and food on the table I asked the clerk what all was available that I could get now I did see online they had infused pre rolls but he only showed me the regular ones he didn’t show me all of the inventory I didn’t let me know or understand more on the rewards program I feel like I didn’t get exactly what I wanted for the exchange of my points and wish to get in touch with someone – Jordan Prude
Jess is amazing at making people feel welcome. I had to use a couple dollars in change and a lot of time people don’t want to deal with it or count it. She was so cool about it and more than willing to count some change. She really made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed.
