I dont normally speak bad on any business but I came in tonight to use some points for a free pre roll I normally buy but this month I don’t have it taking care of my kids and trying to keep the lights on and food on the table I asked the clerk what all was available that I could get now I did see online they had infused pre rolls but he only showed me the regular ones he didn’t show me all of the inventory I didn’t let me know or understand more on the rewards program I feel like I didn’t get exactly what I wanted for the exchange of my points and wish to get in touch with someone – Jordan Prude
No one was attending the front desk, it took several minutes for someone to come in. The parking lot hadn't been plowed in a very long time. The slush was probably 8-10 inches deep. Dangerous…. the staff was good per usual when I finally was helped. – Judith Haase

I love the workers at loom, always friendly always helpful, unfortunately today I made the purchase of some mints because I thought they were going to be in a tin based on the mints in the display. What I was given at the end of the transaction were a bunch of mints in a resealable bag. Not sure if the workers are aware that the PC Pure Mints are wrong and false but they are wrong and false – Lyssa “Lou” Sagataw
