Unfortunately I didn’t remember my associates’ name. Everything is top shelf. The best aspect of the entire staff is they don’t make me feel like a weed dummy, even though I’m a weed dummy. Not joking they are very well trained. It creates store loyalty simply by being a better staff. In other words, it has the same effect as an ad campaign only u don’t have to pay for it. I can assure you that I don’t have any family members at Lume, nor do I owe anyone $$! It’s just a really good place and I’ve been in a lot of bad ones. I have been to Lume many times. I have n e v e r had displeasing service. I walk in, the individual at the desk has been super kind. I go to the back and everyone there has been kind, polite, and professional. 10/10 recommended. Worth the drive 🙏🫶 – Jay Jay
This was my first time ever at a dispensary, and I had such a wonderful experience! Andrea was lovely, and didn't rush me at all. She answered every question I had and made relevant suggestions. It’s always clean, fresh looking inside as well the parking lot. All the employees smile, greet you with enthusiasm. Price is comparable but offers nice coupons/discounts. Wish it was a little closer to me. – Sher Theisen
