First time going last weekend. Although the staff was excellent, hands down, Very helpful. I wasn't happy with my products. If you have a high tolerance, their products aren't the best for you. Unfortunately I didn’t remember my associates’ name. Everything is top shelf. The best aspect of the entire staff is they don’t make me feel like a weed dummy, even though I’m a weed dummy. Not joking they are very well trained. It creates store loyalty simply by being a better staff. In other words, it has the same effect as an ad campaign only u don’t have to pay for it. I can assure you that I don’t have any family members at Lume, nor do I owe anyone $$! It’s just a really good place and I’ve been in a lot of bad ones. Typically come to this store for quality and customer service. Today I got to put that customer service to the test. Please note that holiday shoppers were out in droves this day. I had an unfortunate circumstance of having to wait an overtly large time for my order to be complete. I do my best to not be a jerk, but im sure others can testify against that. Be that as it may – my phone operator, Quentin, could easily work customer service for anybody any you could not pay a large enough sum. He handled my phone calls, concerns, rhetoric, demeanor and so much more with what can only be described as personal and professional. I got my purchase with no final issues and plenty to make me feel as though I was heard and taken care of. I cannot write the difficulty it takes to put up with me and my bs, but it seems they need no explanation or cheat code. TLDR: Quentin rules – Brandon Moody
