They always have (to me, Sativa) their AMPU IS THE BOMB! And even their house flower is great and still moist, not dried out😍 I grind my flower. – Joann Fessell
I came here for the first time last Thursday and it was super nice. I ordered pick-up and when I arrived, I only had to wait for a minute before I was brought back for my order. I also got a freebie for going there for the first time! The person working was really helpful!!! I would definitely go again. – Caitlin A.
I stopped into this place after one of the longest days that I had in a long time. I walked in and was greeted with the most welcoming smile from Cindora! She could see my day all over my face and was truly one of the kindest souls to me, even offering me a snack she was trying! You don’t come across people like her often. She is an irreplaceable asset! Thank you Cindora!❤️ – Jenna Kreitner

Yesterday I was refused my rights, to shop as a normal customer. I have a disability that causes me to loose consciousness an black out. I have a ADA registered service dog that has shopped in HUNDREDS of cannabis dispensaries. We are only ever asked if others may love on her, as she absolutely emits love to everyone she's around (an attention is allways allowed to be given to her once asked as well, as she will walk away from the attention if my vitals spike an her duties are needed). My dog is at my side 24 hours a day, she is a extension of me at this point. Refusing access to the sales floor, because I have a service dog is discrimination against me, and my disability. I will likely NEVER support Lume over this discriminatory situation. If this is some "policy" as claimed by the young ill informed managed, I'd recommend a change in your policy as my civil rights lawyer may just have a hay day with how my rights have been treated in this. *Edit* Kalamazoo Area Manager Robert B. Reached out, an explained that this manager was supposedly incorrect on his interpretation of what he can decide to allow when it comes to ADA compliance, Robert claims a retraining of the entire company will take place over this incident. I pray that is correct information, an no one else endures the level of discomfort an embarrassment I felt in the Portage store that day. Kalamazoo store didn't make a single mention of my service dog when I went into their store on request of Robert. An if the video is played back of that, you'll see my dog laying on the floor the ENTIRE time I'm in the store. If she was not a true trained service animal an was out of control, this would be a completely different story. I still likely will not return to the portage location, as I was told no form of discipline would come to the manager or his crew that mistreated myself, my service animal, an my close friend. – Chris Wilds
