They're great!!! BUT…..The young lady at the front desk has a very terrible disposition…We called she was nasty and act like we were bothering her. Smh she needs to work where she doesn't work with the public…But other than that the other staff so very nice and welcoming 😊 – April Rouse
BUYER BEWARE… got a DEFECTIVE live rosin cart from the Southfield location. tried in two different batteries and nothing, would not hit. was told i had to submit a video of me trying to hit the cart. lol. long story short they did nothing to help me or make it right, they DO NOT stand by their product. so that was a waste of money. last time i ever set foot in a Lume store. too much competition out there with better product. Honestly only Boomers go there. worst dispensary ever 😕 – Taco Mike

Jalen was great, genuinely great customer service, I wish I got his coworker name because he was friendly as well but Jalen was amazing! And the receptionist with the red hair needs a raise she’s just as amazing I’ll definitely be back ! I wish I got their names – Dejah Mccoy
