There customer service skills of the manager in shift "T" since he hecho answered thats hes name and last name did not even properly apologize for the incident of the not mentiooned 6 extra dollars on atm charges bring the ítem from 17 to 26…the genthelmen from earlier gave a grand total of 20 incl fees so i tristes hes Word while we were talking…. this manager interrumpted several times without even directly apologize just focusing on argument… Honestly they should have a sign and specially better Interperso al skillset to handle unexpected outcomes – Unknown

Major Bloom never misses when it comes to selection and service. The budtender recommended the Rove Ice Packs Permanent Marker 2-pack and it did not disappoint. Super smooth hits, heavy effects, and that classic Permanent Marker funk comes through perfectly. Love that these come ready to go and stay consistent all the way through. While I prefer medical dispos, major bloom has top tier service. Most places, as soon as you walk in it’s weirdly awkward with the person who checks your ID. But when I entered, the space was bright and had clear directions and the person scanning my ID said I had a really cool suit on, which was great because I just bought it and thought it was ugly. We had a great conversation, and he was able to chat about the products that I mentioned I was interested in. I find many front desk folks aren’t talkative and there’s that great human connection that gets me in the door. All this to say, shoutout Emmett the ID-scanner & Major Bloom. He was so knowledgeable and made me feel so welcomed and gave such good recs that I’m coming back because this staff knows their stuff! – Matt B

i literally go every day my husband was going alot too he had 4k points but the times I'm checked out by T he is rude condescending and very wise he has no respect for people he is the WORST BUD TENDER CASHIER I HAVE EVER MEET I am sad I love every one there they see me everyday I get along with them I don't want to but I will be forced to go back to good chemistry or diem T needs to go he should not work with the public and he should take a course on customer service being wise telling me oh your writing a review yes I Am I spend 1000s of dollars in there to be down talked by some ignorant uneducated person. you guys have a wonderful staff I love all thr workers the delivery drivers and front desk people everyone has told me don't leave to write a review so here it is thanks for listening and I see it's not only me that feels that WAY also if I could get the days he's not working I will go he also cut my husband off so he hasn't been going . – Jennifer Keen
