Ever since they changed owners this place has gone down hill, they are always out of stock and don’t really have a good selection of stuff. The girl that is always there has always been in a bad mood. We’ve tried giving this place more chances and throughout months still the same unwelcoming presence from the same girl. She must hate working there . So uncomfortable the most unwelcoming dispensary I’ve ever been to. Sad the staff that worked here before was so pleasant and always happy to help. – Amanda Irasque
This was our first time at this establishment, so once we got our identification checked, we started firing questions at Ruby. She was GREAT! She was very patient and knowledgeable. We probably asked her the same thing several times, but she rolled with us and didn't make us feel stupid or like we were wasting her time. I can see why this location gets 4.9 stars. – Chris Rehberg
I don’t come here much, but I don’t think RUBY was working there when I was there last time. Had a full on attitude. I asked her specifically for the cheapest concentrate . She guided me at the most expensive wax with no hesitation , and sneared at me when I asked her for a breakdown of different prices. Truly don’t feel like she enjoys her job and doesn’t deserve to work there. It’s a great shop. I’ve been here before don’t need the attitude. I know it’s not just me.
