I've been coming here for several years. I do not like the new store & the whole new set up, however I do absolutely adore Rich & the great customer service that he provides. He is honestly why I keep coming & why I bring my family there when they come to visit. They adore him as well. Even though I DO NOT like the new set up, I'll keep coming for Rich because he is so welcoming and helpful.! РM Casta̱eda
I just went here and found out that they no longer do points and deleted the $60 worth of points I had been strategically saving up. No one mentioned points were going away when I went in last. The least they could do was send an email or text but they decided to just quietly take away rewards. This place basically stole $60 from me. I’ve been going to this location for years, never going back. Go to Hikei down the road, much better vibe and people. – Christian Esposit
This dispensary is very disappointing since Puff n Dash has moved in. From the products, to the perks, to even the staff. They are Not knowledgeable, not friendly, and exhibit terrible customer service skills. Rich is very rude and has a bad attitude when helping people, if he does not like them personally. I unfortunately will not be coming back to this location which use to be my favorite before Puff n Dash moved it – Danielle McCoy
Stopped by this location and got sold the wrong strain. I just wanted to swap it for the one I actually wanted—was there only a few minutes before—but the tall bald guy working that day refused to exchange it. Definitely not the friendliest experience, and now I’m stuck with an overpriced cart I didn’t want. Lesson learned: stick with my usual Wellgreens next door. The staff there are always welcoming, helpful, and make the process hassle-free. It’s no surprise that location always has a line while this one is empty. Overall: -10/10. – eni rang
Very nice upscale dispensary. With all the views my pictures has received you all at March and Ash should be sending me some free samples lol. I am in Maryland, wish I was closer. – wanda moore
