I've been coming here for several years. I do not like the new store & the whole new set up, however I do absolutely adore Rich & the great customer service that he provides. He is honestly why I keep coming & why I bring my family there when they come to visit. They adore him as well. I just went here and found out that they no longer do points and deleted the $60 worth of points I had been strategically saving up. No one mentioned points were going away when I went in last. The least they could do was send an email or text but they decided to just quietly take away rewards. This place basically stole $60 from me. I’ve been going to this location for years, never going back. Go to Hikei down the road, much better vibe and people. – Christian Esposit

This hurts. Adrianna your new mgr(?) again made me feel uncomfortable yesterday, she is always lurking and nosey. This is not the first time she’s made me feel unwelcome. I left yesterday and drove to a different club to finish my purchases for the weekend. Since the name change, selection is inconsistent and super hard to see or figure out a price without an associate.
