March and Ash Mission Valley Dispensary

I've been a customer here for years and always enjoyed the experience. Great selection. Very helpful staff. I was on a mission last night to find the pefect pain-management combo for my husband who is recovering from a recent sugery. Always a great selection, great knowledge and communication in store and through delivery, easy ordering online. I’ve tried to shop around at other stores in the area but I always just end up back at March and Ash or usually ordering from home. I don’t drive and usually order delivery and it’s very rare that the site is so busy that it needs to take a smoke break and will be back in 5 lol any time I have ever messed up on an order or had any questions all I had to do was call and they fixed it or clarified anything I was confused about right away. It’s easy to track the delivery and it’s also pretty quick as far as delivery is concerned, definitely more reliable than your local Joe. I order from the mission Valley store and James, among others, have delivered to me a few times and are always just on it and genuinely good real people. I know I can find quality product and quality staff at March and Ash, and that’s the only reason I’m leaving a somewhat lengthy but legit review. Beware that this location is under new ownership as of 2026, so older reviews may not apply. I’ve been a loyal weekly customer for years and years, and unfortunately a lot of changes for the worse in the past few months. First it was constant inventory issues where certain brands and products were out of stock for weeks and weeks at a time. Prices went up across the board with zero transparency. Last straw was realizing they completely got rid of the loyalty program where you would get a percentage of each purchase back in store credit. An employee told me that an email went out notifying customers of the change in policy but I searched everywhere even junk and I did not get any correspondence at all and I have no idea how much credit I lost. I started looking around and realized that I can get the exact same products at other dispensaries for significantly lower prices. This location is super convenient to me but unfortunately has done a lot to destroy customer loyalty in a short period of time and with so many options in San Diego, no point in going here anymore :( – A M

This place has been my spot for years. Unfortunately this last year has been pretty disappointing. The main issue I have is that the flower selection. They use to keep high quality flower and flower companies plentiful. Now they will have something real good that is selling and popular to the quality smokers, once it's out you never see it again. I have brands and strains I spend lots of money on every week. Then they disappear. If I'm the mangers I would be paying more attention to that instead of trying to be tready. There's a reason some of are strain specific. Usually because of how it works with our chemistry, the flavor profile, the smell, and how it smokes. Due to these reasons it has lead me to a different dispensary. This is how a lot a dispensaries fall off. You better open your eye management. – OG RED WOLF
