I had a very frustrating experience here today. I came in with a $40 budget looking for a sticky, high-quality Indica, and the service was beyond unprofessional. I accidentally dropped a jar on the display—nothing broke and I apologized—but the staff acted like it was a disaster, being rude and whispering to each other while I was right there. The lady helping me was incredibly impatient and rushed me. Even worse, she had zero product knowledge. I asked for top-tier brands like Gabriel or Freddy’s Fuego, and she didn’t even know what those were. I was trying to find a deal on 7g not 3.5g , but she was too busy trying to push me out the door to actually help me check inventory. Also there was a staff member when I called walking dogs while 2 staff members and security were the only ones in there while there was a rush going on. And then it calmed down and another rush happened when I was being helped. I ended up with Artizen Slurricane, and it’s dry—clear evidence they aren’t rotating stock. I would highly recommend Craft Cannabis in Tacoma over this place. You get much better deals on way higher quality weed (like Doghouse) and staff that actually knows their product. This is my favorite spot! I’ll drive here past all other dispensaries just to come here because the selection and prices are worth the drive depending on where you’re coming from. Years ago they used to be up the street and the parking was terrible and now they’ve moved and the parking lot is way better. If you’re an out of towner coming from airport, this is worth the drive. – Kira J
