I specifically come here for the daily deals they advertise on their business cards, like their 15% off your purchase if you shop between 4:20-6:30pm. The past three times I’ve gone there, I’ve been cheated out of this deal and have to remind staff of the discount. Staff are always rude when I remind them about the deal, the past two times they said it was the discounted rate but I was still charged full price. I’ve been coming here for years and never had any issues, I used to love this place and was a loyal returning customer who recommended this place to everyone. I drive up from Colorado Springs to get this deal, why advertise a deal you won’t follow through on?? I know I’m not the only person, when I’m in there picking up other customers are arguing with staff over this. – Jaylyn Johansen
