Medicine Man is the best! We have been going for years! They give rewards points towards free stuff, they have an awesome happy hour, they're always open, and all the staff are super nice and friendly. They're having an anniversary special with buy one, get one 70% off. They learned our names and treat us like good friends. Going to Medicine Man is always a delight. They have an array of merch, always in stock. I notice they always take their time with clients who appreciate that and are speedy with people like me who are in and out. They do online orders as well. Even theres a line, im never waiting long. They have someone to greet you at the door. I am a loyal customer and will continue to be one. – Aria R

The bartender was definitely not very nice, and he kept trying to push me to order what he wanted instead of what I actually asked for, even though it was the second time in a row. What's even more concerning is that the same guy has been working there for a really long time.If the cheapest ounce was $113 after a 15% discount, I feel like I was ripped off. I usually dont come to this location just because I live next door to one but a product I wanted was here. Maurice (Ramon) was awesome. Super friendly & made me feel welcome. Location was organized and clean. I went kinda late at night too and they didnt act like I was in convincing them. Will be returning! – Megan Donahue

Loyal customer of this store for years. One night I come in for my usual and they tell me about a new deal for an infused cola for $2. I later check the receipt to find they charged me $15 instead. When I came back later to ask about it, they said they couldn’t honor the deal because it was verbal, and couldn’t discount my new purchase to make up for it. I told them they’d be losing a customer over $10 and management was indifferent. This was my favorite store, but after seeing that they encourage staff to lie to customers about prices, I won’t be returning. Be wary of this store. – Erin Sott
