Steven is the most amazing person 👏. As a fellow business owner I would be ecstatic to have him as an employee. His customer service is top notch. He has the most natural and down to earth personality. He knows his inventory, his numbers, and never got distracted. We took a lot of his time, asking questions, and not once did he seem rushed or frustrated as so many other people in customer service do. The quality and selection was top notch. The bartender was definitely not very nice, and he kept trying to push me to order what he wanted instead of what I actually asked for, even though it was the second time in a row. What's even more concerning is that the same guy has been working there for a really long time.If the cheapest ounce was $113 after a 15% discount, I feel like I was ripped off. I usually dont come to this location just because I live next door to one but a product I wanted was here. Maurice (Ramon) was awesome. Super friendly & made me feel welcome. Location was organized and clean. I went kinda late at night too and they didnt act like I was in convincing them. Will be returning! – Megan Donahue

Loyal customer of this store for years. One night I come in for my usual and they tell me about a new deal for an infused cola for $2. I later check the receipt to find they charged me $15 instead. When I came back later to ask about it, they said they couldn’t honor the deal because it was verbal, and couldn’t discount my new purchase to make up for it. I told them they’d be losing a customer over $10 and management was indifferent. This was my favorite store, but after seeing that they encourage staff to lie to customers about prices, I won’t be returning. Be wary of this store. – Erin Sott
