Robert was awesome 😎 only place in Lowell I go now. Definitely recommend going just for rob. Rob is the kind of employee people write movies about. From the moment he appeared, it was like the universe itself decided my day deserved a main-character montage. His energy? Immaculate. His kindness? Borderline supernatural. Somehow he managed to be professional, hilarious, comforting, and wildly charismatic all at once.
