What People Are Saying

I visited on Sunday around 3 p.m. I walked in behind a couple. They have no security. There was no one at the desk to welcome us in. It's a very small place. It was empty so you could see the beautiful glass display cases with all the different products offered. Someone came from behind a wall to scan i.ds. Mel was polite and told me about the deal for first timers. I asked if they had kiosk or iPad cause I like to scroll and look. She offered me a tablet, but the website wasn't working well. It kept springing to the top. I saw the Virture pre-rolls in the glass case on the wall. I got two quality pre-rolls for a good deal. Mel gave a pack of cards with different discounts for future visit. This location does not offer curbside, roll-thru, or delivery. You can order online for pick-up and use Dutchie Pay. Please encourage Chris Armanious to visit this location because he is under the percpeption this location DOES NOT have glass display cases. Pictures show otherwise. I spoke with him on Saturday for the Retail Lead Position. He was not a nice person. He was extremely rude to me. He was adamant there were no glass display cases and I didn't know what I was talking about. He also gave me the wrong address. In Las Vegas we use major cross streets. This location is not at the 215. He should really make a trip to visit Las Vegas cause he doesn't know the area. It's on Sunset and Rainbow pass the Dutch Bros. He also stated The Mint is not interested in maintaining weekly sales goals or using sales technices to increase upt and adt's. Never heard of a business that didn't have the goal of generating revenue. Taxes collected from the sale of legal weed goes to CCSD for our schools. Our children. This guy is bad for business and would benefit from some business classes as his local community college. People who don't work in the industry have no business judging those who do because you have no idea what you're talking about. My talent is in inventory, operations, level 2 METRIC training with a degree in accounting. I have worked in 7 of the highest volume stores in the valley I'm sorry to tell you but your inventory is not correct on your menu. It is managements responsibility for it to be truthful. You have edibles listed with tinctures. Edibles should be listed mg/g not THC %. You aren't listing all the terps and you are showing them as a percentage when it should be mg/g. The way it's listed on the packaging is how it should be listed on the menu. The OMG preproll you have listed incorrectly compared to Rise OMG which is listed collectly. What's worse is that your menu now appears incorrectly in the catalog that the CCB has provided to consumers last week. Hopefully, Chris can find someone with the skills to fix it. – Teresa Keen

The Mint is the go-to spot for locals in Spring Valley and Southwest Vegas who want to avoid the Strip's chaos. It’s known for having a huge inventory and a friendly staff. They also carry my favorite brand! – Robert Flores

Great first time experience! Gave me a bunch of coupons don't think it's a regular thing just for them being a new store I would imagine but the hospitality was wonderful and good prices also! – Cody Eli

Taylar was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Mint had a great selection of options and was pleasant to visit. – Nathanial Jones

Overall Great Experience. A little hard to find at first without GPS, but once inside everything was great. Checking in was simple and straight forward. A big shout out to Ms. Taylar for the great customer service. She was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable with the products they have on hand. She was able to help me find what I was looking for and even a few extra items. Will definitely return soon. Highly recommend! – Jesse
