Mission Worcester Cannabis Dispensary

The Dude had been going here for Medical for some time. Great staff. Great products. I even left a fantastic review about a year ago. Other than that, their website is constantly down, man. It's frustrating when all you want to do is buy some weed and you get security alerts and potential malware on your phone. I've now counted six times that this has happened over the last year while trying to place an order. No one ever answers the phone. The Dude has tried to call dozens of times. Nothing. I have spent a substantial amount of money at this dispensary. The Dude's usual checkout is over $200. After two days of trying to place another order, I found a different Medical dispensary today out of necessity. You need a direct line to the Worcester location (not a generic line for the brand 'Mission') where people actually answer the phone. That would be a good start. Every other dispensary that the Dude has called, people pick up right away. It's how they got my business today and the Dudes future business. They picked up a phone. It was interesting that I expressed my frustrations with Mission to my new dispensary, and they knew who exactly I was talking about without naming names. Sorry folks, but you need to do better. It's a great dispensary but the constant network, website, and POS (cash only!) issues are too frequent. – The Dude

Always a great experience, my favorite employee is Victoria she always makes my day ❤️ ♥️ she's amazing. And the bud is the best I've tried. Try a pre roll named Dutch apple super duper. Also Chanttel and Moe were excellent as well made it a breeze to get my Marijuana medical card they're 75 at the mission every first Friday of the month. Every time I go to the Georgetown mission site, I am greeted by friendly people. You can ask opinions and advice and everyone always takes the time. I also appreciate when they tell me about deals or suggestions – Lisa Tropeano

This is one of my favorite places to stop at in Massachusetts. The people working there seem happy to be there. The prices are so much better than Connecticut. Most importantly, the product line is consistent. – BaliBert1

I'm just frustrated with this store and the pricing. They used to have the mission ounces and legend ounces for 90 for 8 1/8s or 4 7gs for 90. Now that whole deal changed and it's $120 an ounce and $65 a half. This is a significant jump in pricing. Also the promotions always change for the worse, the strains are all dry and not getting rotated out enough and nothing new has come in. It sucks when your budgeting and being able to afford barely and appreciate the lower prices then they go raise all of the prices and mess with the promotions so it makes it way more expensive and harder on the customer. Also now with the spin the wheel you have to spend $50 where it use to just be standard every Tuesday from 1-6pm. Everything is about greed and how much money they can take from you. All the legends brand is absolutely awful and straight hay flower so dry and disgusting with no smell or smells like grass. The mission brand isn't that bad but they have had nothing new and things are just getting so dry and the differences are way worse in the flower. For example the triangle cake I have ordered over a Quarter pound of this within the past couple months and now I order the same batch and it's dry as a bone and flaky. Then the cherry burger is starting to get dry and bad too those are literally your only good strains. I spend a ton of money here always buying either a half, an ounce or 2 ounces at one time. But since the prices increased I only have gotten half's 14 grams and only ones on discounts. But the discounts aren't even good it's still $65 for a half. I was getting ounces of triangle cake for $67 dollars when they had the ounce jars for $90 which wasn't a sale item just a regular menu item. Triangle cake was $90 and some other strains for a while then it changed and they only put the in 1/8ths. Also the entire strain lineup was 8 for $90 it's sickening why it was raised to $120 when everything in this world is becoming more expensive. It was at least affordable now I'm struggling to even get what I need to get by. I use what I can for discounts but it's not even enough. I can't use my 20% off on any sale items and in the past I could combine that changed to I would save significantly but clearly they don't care about you or your health and just want greed and money. All their promotions change for the worst, there's no new strains or brands rotated in, it's the same mission garbage sitting around for months with no new harvests. They had come out with a whole new mission line of strains they released 4 of them and then I never saw them again except cheetah pi$$. I heard all there growers were fired or something around when that happened and I guess they never recovered or have other people growing and they just buy it wholesale idk what their doing but their not growing their own flower anymore because it's the same 3 year old strains that just never go away. You need to get fresh flower, lower your prices and offer better promotions and stop price guaging and raising everything for no reason at all. The one positive I have to say is some of your staff is super nice and cool. However some just suck. One of the staff today reminded me of an id I needed to renew I completely forgot about to that did help me today thanks to that rep you do a good job cause no one else pays attention or reads but this person did. Anyway there's a lot of issues I wish would he fixed but never will and this is right now my only option for convince but if they keep these prices like this another month I'm going to another dispensary which is even closer that actually opened up not too long ago and their prices are really good so I might just start going there if nothing changes here.
