One staff member extremely rude because I didn't know their inventory!! Didn't take time to learn his name but I'm sure he has done this several times!!! Will never frequent this establishment again!!! 0/10 Edit owner messaged to come down and discuss how I was treated. And nothing was done. They just looked at me and said oh OK well thanks!!! I have spent at least 500$ their give or take. Still 0/10. I want to reiterate nothing was done to rectify the situation. Was treated with dismissivness again. I'm a repeat customer. I routinely check out Joplin dispensaries online to check for the best price. Missouri Made always comes out on top. Their daily specials are generally pretty good. The product is high quality. The only drawback is they only sell flower in prepackaged 1/8s. It'd be nice to see the buds I'm buying first. Be able to buy an ounce without opening 8 little packages. I’ve got to be honest my experiences with bartenders at this dispensary have been extremely hit and miss most of the time it’s either lack of knowledge which I totally understand but sometimes They just don’t seem interested in helping you at all . Today I dealt with TYLER which is an awesome name first off lol but he was literally the perfect amount of helpful he wasn’t pushy with any one brand or the other, but just told me straight up his opinion on each brand at question he definitely looked out for me and I gotta say even with having a medical card in Oklahoma for three years, that was the best experience I’ve ever had with a bud tender!
