Love it. The store is relatively small inside, but their selection most definitely isn’t. I recommend looking at Dutchie to decide what you want, and either place it as an order for pick up or just come in to talk about it. They have a reward system for frequent customers, which is always nice. But they go much further with their customer satisfaction than I used to. My last purchase at the store ended up totaling $101.65, but knowing I had exactly $100 the cashier was ready to write off the 1.65. Thankfully, I found 1.55 in change so I didn’t feel so bad, but it’s just a level of customer hospitality that is rare these days. Anytime I’m in Albany, I love going here. I always have a great experience here! Everyone who works here is super friendly (but not in an overbearing way which I appreciate!) and knowledgeable, whether you’re a daily smoker or a beginner. There’s a great selection of vapes, flower, edibles, pre rolls and more and they’re constantly getting different products to try. They also have a points program that can save you money towards future purchases.
