I have been ordering through them for quite some time now. When I first started ordering (delivery) all of my bud came so dry it turned to chalk dust while trying to grind it. I let it go for about 4 different orders (costing around $150 per order) before finally saying something to which they fixed the issue. I have had multiple occasions where they didn't give me the discount that was posted for the day as well. I have constantly let the stuff slide because no one else delivers to my area, until today. I called to make sure I was going to get the bogo discount today to which the person on the phone had an attitude with me and told me that she remembers my number from this happening so often. (Me having to call to make sure they don't mess up the pricing like they have multiple times in the past.) I get my order just to see that my stuff that should have been free on my order I was charged for instead. It honestly really ticked me off especially after getting the attitude on the phone prior to receiving my order. I was told the driver would be calling me to fix the issue as the lady on the phone was putting the blame on him while saying there is nothing she can do. Yet still no one has called to fix the issue and give my money back. I would not recommend them in the slightest not if you don't want to have to be on constant guard as to weather they are going to scam you or not and then be gaslit on it as well. – Jessica Brewer

Michelle is the best bud tender, she always has a smile and patience.
