I feel their bartenders do not have a great knowledge of their own products or their advice is not that good I recently cashed in some points but the blood tender did not give me the best options. I left $10 of rewards on the table. I feel she should have known the system and advised me to take the $50 regular price. and not the two eighths that had a retail value of $40. I could have bought 3/8 and use the $50 credit that's one of the $20 eighths I purchased would only have been $10 – Michael Kerley
