Had a great experience with Hannah today! She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. I mentioned I wanted something to help me unwind after work without feeling too heavy, and she walked me through several options, explained the differences between strains, and even broke down terpene profiles in a way that actually made sense. To be super transparent, Chad is the reason I keep coming back to this location. He is so warm and welcoming and provides excellent customer service and always goes above and beyond to make patrons feel like they’re in a safe space. It’s truly something rare to see and it does not go unnoticed. Whatever he’s being paid. Love this dispensary so much. As a new 21 year old I’m all over the city trying new dispensaries but the workers at this native roots specifically bring me back. They always find exactly what I not only want but love, and explain the difference between the products I’m looking at. Micah and Hannah have made me comfortable in asking question and get down to the bottom of what I love in a product. The first time I walked in there it was my first dispensary, Hannah found me the perfect products and has been personable from the beginning, now that’s leadership material. Chad was amazing at helping me and my girlfriend with all of our questions as it was our first time there! We especially appreciated how friendly he was despite the fact that we chatted so long and asked so many questions we accidentally stayed 10 minutes past close. He was so knowledgeable about everything and he was so nice, we had no idea they were closing down.
