Natural Healing Center Turlock Cannabis Dispensary

Showed up at 12:48pm for a 11am-12pm pick-up order. Order wasn't ready. Associate said he needed to pack the order. The store didn't have 2 out of 4 items I ordered. I drive about 40 minutes to this store so it would have been nice if someone could have called me. Also, the dude was a bit rude. He also gave me the wrong product. He gave me a tincture and not the tablets. I've very disappointed because I do not like the particular brand of tincture because they give me horrible headaches. So now I have to drive back and spend more time and money to get my correct item. The store was not busy when I showed up. There was only 1 other person besides me and several associates. I place an order about every 6 weeks and it's rarely ever ready and I always show up after the pick-up time. I actually really like this store because they have great prices and good products. It's just that every time I go in there's an issue with the order not being ready or they're out of the items I ordered. No one calls when the items are out of stock. I use to call beforehand a few times and the last time I called a guy was very rude and said that I didn't need to call every time I place an order. So I stopped calling. My main issue is that I spent money on a product I did not want and cannot use and now I have to go back and buy the actual product I wanted. Gas is way too expensive to drive back and forth. Went there on a very busy day, but everything was handled very professionally. I have Vanessa as a bartender, and she was very kind as well as knowledgeable.. I always appreciate great customer service because it’s hard to find these days. I do recommend this location. Good prices as well as great selection. – Roger The Dog

I absolutely love coming here. Every staff member is so welcoming and friendly and very helpful. I drive from Merced but it’s so worth it. The prices are so much better than anywhere else I’ve been. Natural healing center is top tier. The lay out was very nice and it was very clean.. I was help by a gentleman by the name of Nick he was very patient with me and explain all the different types of medicine they have..
