I’ve had mostly great experiences but there’s just a quick clarity update I think would be beneficial in adding to your Plug Card. The first discount is listed as being “40% off your purchase of a regular priced”… not “40% off your purchase of a regular priced ITEM”.. i think the addition of that one word would leave less room for confusion from your consumers. I placed an order for 4 full priced $40 dollar 3.5gs anticipating “40% off your purchase of a regular priced” like the card says. When my total did not match what i had calculated in my head, I questioned the card and let the budtender know that it is very misleading for the verbiage to state how it does. She apologized and I let her know that’s not on her, but I did want to make someone beyond her aware of this unclear discount you offer on the plug card. Well it's early Sunday morning and I never would have thought that a dispensary would be open at 8:00. Waiting for another hour might not seem like a big deal but this really helped me get my day started. Besides that, the products are as good as you'd expect and the environment is clean. I went yesterday for my first time. I didn't get my first time discount, or my discount for being disabled. I also did receive the punch card. Apparently, even when their slow, the details are overlooked. They responded to my review stating to email them and they'd make it right, but it's been almost 3 weeks and I never got a response back! So, actions are indeed more effective than words, or the lack thereof. – Doug Morrison
