The flower is great, but the customer service needs serious improvement. The staff seemed uninterested in answering questions and came across as if they didn’t want to help. I asked about product availability and upcoming restocks, and the response was basically, “They don’t tell us budtenders anything.” That’s disappointing to hear as a customer and reflects poorly on the business. Great products can only go so far when the customer experience feels unwelcoming and unhelpful. – Tek Rick
Nature med is always a consistently pleasant time. The budtenders are helpful there's always good discounts and options for what I want whether thats carts, disposables, flower, or prerolls. 🍃🌱 ❗️Today our Budtender was Anya who somehow set the bar for the experience there even higher. If you wake up and realize youre out of weed after a fun night, BUT youre delirious and need help figuring out what youre getting i would recommend nobody else more for the job. She was super kind and understanding the whole time, picked out brands I hadn't tried before and they HIT, all while helping us make use of our discount card. 10/10 experience in a time of need 🙏 – Jeremy Levine
i went in on my 21st birthday and my budtender kira was so helpful! since this was my first experience in a dispensary i wasn’t sure what to expect but she made me feel so comfortable and helped me through the process. i had a great time there and will be going back soon thanks to kira! – Saylor Holthaus
Every time I come here I feel welcome great customer service with every one I interact with . Prices are good, the only thing that is slacking is not a whole lot of hard candy . I really like the ones that look like nerds different flavors. Need to stock up a lot xtra would be great. But over all hard working employees they all deserve a raise!!!! – Nay
Had to stop as I forgot my gummies at home I use to help me sleep. I have some that I use but not above trying others . Venessa was very helpful and knowledgeable. Instead of taking the easy way out and giving me what I normally use, suggested something that should help better and was lease expensive. – Brooke Bentley
