When you get online and you add things to your cart and then I went to this dispensary open. The cart showed the woman what I wanted. She was too busy talking about how she shouldn’t have taken a late lunch now cause she’s tired and this and that blah and then doesn’t say anything to me about the weight of the product and I assumed because I showed her what was in my car on my phone. I didn’t just tell her I showed her. She rings me up asked me if I want a bag. I tell her no I’d grabbed my change. I grabbed the stuff by stuffed that in my pocket got home realized she gave me .5mg cartridges instead of 1 g. I hopped back in my car. I go back to the place. I take them in and she goes all those can’t come back in here and there’s nothing we can do about it and if you call corporate which you can, but they’re not probably gonna do anything about it either I will never ever ever go back to this dispensary. I knew there was a reason why I hadn’t went there since the first day they opened. This is sad. It’s not even my fault. It’s on an employee that works there and then she says there’s nothing they can do about it. That is really messed up. The worst kind of business is the ones who messed it up and then tell you there’s nothing that they can do about their mess up. What a shame. Rip me off. Thanks a lot. Kind of over the inflated prices. Everything is so expensive compared to the dispensaries in Fulton, Galesburg, Peoria area; the majority of Illinois dispensaries are cheaper. Good luck finding an 1/8 for under $30 at NTI unless it's Simply Herb occasionally. Also, did NTI run any 420 specials this year? Terrace had 50% off everything and $1 gummies. NTI, really offered nothing special. This place has just become a money grab. But figures, the owner also owns the massive Budweiser facility across the street. Clash of cultures. Yikes. Only good thing about this place is that there's rarely a line now because Terrace has become more of a competitor. And love how the NTI rep are replying with passive aggressive comments about prices being on par with the rest of the state and all the discounts they have. Cool story, bro. I included a pic of all the 1/8ths for under $30 (after tax added) at The Dispensary Fulton less than an hour away. NTI would never offer that many options under $30. – Jes M
