I bought a cartridge on the way to the beach. Got to the beach to use it, and it did not work. So on the drive home, I stopped at a completely different nectar the next day. My name is in their system and they looked me up and had no problem giving me back store credit so I could get another cartridge or anything else I may have wanted. Worst Dispensary in all of Oregon… Literally take the time to drive to Green Plant, don't waste your time and energy… We just moved to the area and have gone here twice. The first time a guy with a cowboy hat helped me and didn't say one word aside from what are you looking for. Showed me the brochure and was silent, a whole 10 minute transaction of silence. Then my husband and I go in last night to buy a new rig and dabs… Don is horrible… One guy was already helping us and he comes from the back and is immediately hostile from the start. My husband asked if one of the rigs under the counter is for wax and instead of explaining what the $250 device is, he nods his head in a yes mode. He didnt ask if we needed wax and really made us feel like our money isn't good here. We will never be back, they apparently don't have 'managers' at these locations and that's why their service is so trash. Honestly if we weren't so tired we would of went somewhere else. But if you live in the Bull mountain area I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE, UNTIL THEY DO SOME HOUSE CLEANING…. What a shame we used to love the Nectar dispos. – Makayah Sargent
This dispensary is 25 minutes from our house and it's still the only one we go to! It has an amazing selection of very well priced pre-rolls that's always changing. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. They're also really patient with my very specific requests. Best in the area! – Alexis Rogers
