Completely understaffed. Budtender decides to do a "tasting" while people are waiting. I get giving everyone an equal experience, but read the room. Maybe someone wants to grab something quick while another customer pontificates. Asking what I'm in for or moving the undecided customer to the side would have been more efficient and would have saved the sale. – Jon G

This place is awful. Everything from the customer service (no greeting, not friendly, unhelpful) to the selection and the awful loud music. The bros behind the counter couldn’t be bothered and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The long dirty fingernails just really pushed it over the edge. Will not be back. – A. Hitchcock
