I had a horrible experience two days ago! I started going in there like 3 times a week with great customer service. I get the same thing every time but this time I asked the gentleman to grab me two different kinds of carts and when he comes back he won’t let me hold them and compare the two. He claims that he isn’t allowed. Well how can I compare it’s not like the print is big and I can read far away. He’s seen my face plenty time and I always leave at least a 5 dollar tip. I felt like some kind of their or something. I’m 51 with stage 4 cancer and I told him I will take my business elsewhere. I felt humiliated. Other than that I liked the place just wish you had what you have on display. – Duane Parks
Horrible Service. I ordered online and selected curb side pick up. I get there and call the number on the sign. The guy asks is this your first time here? I say yes it is. He says you have to come in if its your first time. Well that should have been made clear when I ordered. I usually use another dispensary and would have ordered from them since the only reason I wasnt ordering from them is because I wanted curb side service. Total waist of time! Go to Shangri La if your looking for a great dispensary. – Dale Ambler
