Awesome shop with some great staff! Came in looking for my usual stuff, usually Artizen, and Josh helped me narrow down some alternatives to try and really uplift my experience, and I came home with two absolute winners: SPRs stuffed cherry zlushies and WBCs Pure Kush – I only had one puff of each so far and I am so zoned and happy rn. I walked into the dispensary expecting a simple pickup and accidentally encountered Josh in full AI budtender mode. This man did not just help us, he ran diagnostics, stabilized the operation, and patched the entire experience in real time. Friendly, sharp, hilarious, and somehow able to explain everything in a way that made sense without sounding like a robot reading a menu. He went above and beyond so hard it honestly felt like the store briefly switched into premium support mode. I’ve been going to this store for years and the service has been hit and miss. It’s weird that every time we go, to the counter person has the same issues that we have. For example, if we’re having problems sleeping they have problems sleeping and they use ______. If we are looking for something for our back pain they have back pain too and they use _______. My husband and I like to play with this just for a laugh to see what they do. But the main reason for me giving one star is I went in there on a budget and I couldn’t buy my usual top shelf so I asked for some recommendations. Well the recommendation was based on price only – the flower that I got weak and harsh. And unfortunately I needed a cartridge for my pipe and she did the same thing. It was cheaper but it’s weak and harsh – and I’m stuck with it until at least next month due to budget concerns. I’m a regular! They know me!! I tip all the time!!! And yes, the person serving me knew me too and has served me many times. I’ll be looking for another pot shop. I guess loyalty doesn’t work here… 🙄🙄🙄 – MsCarol Danvers
