Not only was Terrah basier rude straight from the jump. She clearly saw the price on the screen but when she checked me out the price was significantly higher than the original. She did not tell me of a price difference and I was a bit confused why it was so high but chalked it up to crazy taxes. Wrong. I looked at the receipt and it rang up more. I confronted her about it then she proceeded to argue with me and had another attitude. She was telling me different numbers but you can clearly tell that I paid more than what I should have. When I told her I was going to call to complain she said go ahead so rudely. I have been going to dispensaries since they opened in Missouri and I have never had a worse experience at one than I did today. Horrible customer service. I get it was busy but no need to be like that. Never will go to the Hillsboro one again. Pevely is much better. – grace warden
I’ve had consistently great experiences at North Dispensary, and a huge reason for that is Ashley. She always remembers me when I come in, greets me warmly, and genuinely makes the experience feel personal instead of transactional. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to make sure I’m getting the best products for what I’m looking for — along with the best deals and discounts available. On my last visit, she helped me save $ through my rewards I didn’t even know I had, which basically covered my whole visit. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. Ashley is exactly the kind of person every dispensary hopes to have representing their business. Very friendly, nice selection and good deals. The only question I have is “why on the jar products, the peel off protection always looks opened?” No other product does that. I feel that should be addressed and better regulated. Or instead of a jar, those sealed plastic bags some products come in… no pinchy – Slee
