I purchased a vape from them two weeks ago. They don't carry disposable carts so you have to purchase the entire unit. It stopped working. When I took it back in, instead of offering an exchange, gave me a physically difficult method of getting it back working. Involved more air pressure from my lungs than I have in me every time I want to smoke. It's unusable. Poor quality product, and poor customer service. Out $75. Buy elsewhere. In response to the store's response: Thanks, but you should have offered the exchange at the time I was there. Your response here is too slow. I posted this over a month ago. It was thrown away along with the $75 I donated for nothing in exchange at your store. You're store is not going to get very far if this is your attention to the customer. There are lots of competitors out there now for buying these things, and you sell less than effective/functional products with no back up to the product's quality. – Scott
