nuEra Chicago Dispensary

wow, wow and just wow. After being a loyal customer since the opening, I was officially banned…but let's get into the details. I've been there for years, just recently was informed about the point situation they have from my husband, not a staff member, my husband. The previous time I went in, the two people on staff were so enjoyable, friendly, welcoming and trying to look into my points but were unable to and said next time it should be working. Fast forward today, the woman I was working with had the utmost respect, patience, did everything in her power to help me out. Supervisor Jessie told me, points expire babe, that's probably what happened, no other trying to look into it or any sort of care in the world and that was this poor girls supervisor. After the frustration of being told my points expire my they/them, I wanted to know the name again of the supervisor who just spoke to me in such a manner. Jessie returned to the front with a business card of the GM with a FAKE NUMBER and told me I was banned from location. I do have videos how a they/them and how a supposed to be acting as a trained individual in customer service in the way they responded to which will be going to corporate and general manager and all across the cannabis industry. I'm no longer allowed in this establishment and its for the better because since Leon has died, the place died with it. The customer service, the love, the integrity of the business..is gone. The new team has no idea what's going on, gives you fake GM cards and has no respect for customers. Thankfully now with this careless crew that are giving out business cards with fake numbers on them, they might be seeing lawsuits from that fake number owner. ps. I was able to find a better product at a cheaper price and it was after 6, honey – Nicole Sadecki

I've been to the Chicago NuEra dispensary several times now and each visit has been a good experience. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a good selection of products. Compared to other dispensaries I have tried in Illinois NuEra has been one of the better experiences. – Thomas Paul

Had the best experience at nuEra Chicago dispensary! Twohey was incredible helping me pick out a disposable and a pack of joints! Very knowledgeable about the products and their production everyone in the shop was very friendly and welcoming! And they have free parking! Would definitely come back! – Catie M
