Best deals in the city, but their staff are condescending and made me feel like I was trying to game the system when I misunderstood caregiver procedures. "We live and we learn." Sure do. I learned that your staff are misogynistic jerks who talk down to people. Sir, you couldn't have known this, but the same way you made me feel that day is how I was made to feel in childhood. Ironic that the place I go for cPTSD help actually triggered me. And I'm still spiraling about it weeks later! Thanks for explaining things nicely to my partner instead of treating me with dignity.
