Today's experience with Kaylah was 5 stars. She waved me over to the front counter to check in so I didn't have to wait for the guys in front of me to finish, being that they were having ID issues. She took my order, and I told her I was having trouble ordering online. She took the time to help me with my issue. The issue wasn't solved but I appreciate her offer. One of the worst place for delivery. It happened multiple times. They never call nor receive the phone call. I made a delivery order at 2PM. I did not hear anything from them beside i tried to call them more than 5 time. I was finally connected to a representative and she is saving a delivery may not happen due to numerous orders at 7 PM??? kidding me? made me to wait more than 5 hrs without any notification and now they are suggesting they can deliver tomorrow? kidding me? They didn't even say sorry or apologize.. What a poor service… Highly avoid this place for delivery.. – Never order from here

Not going here again or to nug at all. Been shopping at nug since they opened up in San Leandro . Great product but shady ppl here in the alameda location Every time I come here and pay card they round it up and give me my change. The last time I went the guy didn’t give me my change and said you’re good to go . I noticed but thought maybe it was a mistake but whatever and I had tipped 4$ and was supposed to get $6 back, enjoy the 10$ tip I guess . I went again today and tipped $6.81 . The screen said I was supposed to get 4$ back but I didn’t say anything because I wanted to see their integrity. Same guy same situation and they keep the money. Wonder how much they stack up doing it to all their customers. Nug has lost my business for hiring shady employees and or not properly training them. – E

They're a little sneaky with the pricing. What they advertised as $16 tax paid. I ended up paying $14 with a 40% discount. That's not right – andy hess
