This is my closest dispensary, so I want to like it here. But this visit left me feeling shafted. Came in for the 50% off 420 sale and asked specifically for flower and cartridges. Loved the flower but my guys. Left with all-in-ones ….which are twice the price …. and didn’t realize it until I got home. Also note there’s a lot more plastic on an aio and if it’s 4/20 it’s also earth week. A few things that made this worse: the products aren’t displayed so you can actually see what’s a cartridge vs. an all-in-one. Everything comes out in a bag, so there’s no moment to look at what you’re buying before it’s handed to you. And the rotating sales make it genuinely hard to track what’s actually a deal. I don’t think anyone was trying to rip me off. But I left spending significantly more than I intended on something I didn’t ask for. Better product visibility and one sentence of clarification at checkout would fix this entirely. The confusion is why I find myself trekking to oakanna or off the charts even if they’re both pretty out of my way. – Jessi Albin

One of the worst place for delivery. It happened multiple times. They never call nor receive the phone call. I made a delivery order at 2PM. I did not hear anything from them beside i tried to call them more than 5 time. I was finally connected to a representative and she is saving a delivery may not happen due to numerous orders at 7 PM??? kidding me? made me to wait more than 5 hrs without any notification and now they are suggesting they can deliver tomorrow? kidding me? They didn't even say sorry or apologize.. What a poor service… Highly avoid this place for delivery.. – Never order from here

Today's experience with Kaylah was 5 stars. She waved me over to the front counter to check in so I didn't have to wait for the guys in front of me to finish, being that they were having ID issues. She took my order, and I told her I was having trouble ordering online. She took the time to help me with my issue. The issue wasn't solved but I appreciate her offer.
